Matcha Mojito!

Required for approximately 1 liter of Matcha Mojito:
  • 1 liter of low-mineral water
  • ½ teaspoon of Matcha Keiki or Matcha Kotobuki
  • 1 (organic) lime
  • A few sprigs of mint to taste
  • A handful of ice cubes or crushed ice

This is how you make your Matcha Mojito:

  1. Cut the lime in 4 and squeeze the pieces lightly in a nice jug.
  2. Put the lime pieces and the sprigs of mint in the jug.
  3. Add the 1/2 teaspoon of Matcha Keiki or Matcha Kotobuki and stir everything well.
  4. 4. Add the water while stirring.
  5. 5. Let the mojito rest in the fridge overnight so that the flavors can retract.

Tip: You can also make this recipe in your T-Infusion bottle ! You put all the ingredients in the reservoir of the bottle, shake well and you're done!
